Link Consulting srl is an Italian company, offering services related to Project Management, specialised in Vocational Training and Consultancy.
It was founded in 1997 by a group of professionals who have gathered for years experiences in different sectors as designer, educator and accounting administrator. Its establishment has to be seen against a background of globalization, single currency, the continuing transformation of technology and information and communication process, etcetera.

Due to these phenomena social reality is liable to fast changes that require of enterprises and public bodies more and more the capacity to adapt themselves, to be flexible, to have the necessary competences, to manage their resources in a responsible way, to give their employees the opportunity to lifelong learning,... In short, Link Consulting aims to assist enterprises and public institutes in purchasing and achieving this objective by offering them integrated and innovative services according to the needs of their specific organizational context.

It has a great experience in the planning and management of European national and regional co-funded projects. It is accredited by Basilicata Region for the realisation, organization and development of training and guidance activities.

Link Consulting srl owns a quality and environmental management system certification ISO 9001 and 14001 and EMAS for guidance, informatics and training activities.

Its services can be grouped into 5 intervention fields:

FINANCIAL CONSULTANCY

This means that Link Consulting accompanies enterprises that want to carry out an investment programme and therefore apply for government funds within the framework of a certain law (for example law 488 or Regional Operative Plan).

TRAINING

At the request of enterprises or public authorities Link Consulting can apply for regional, national or European funds in order to design, realize a certain intervention according to the observed needs. The target groups of training can be: unemployed youth, young entrepreneur, entrepreneur of SMEs, their employees, employees of public institutes, etcetera. Training aims at contributing to the growth of the participants ’ professional competences and to economical development.

SOCIAL RESEARCH

This field deals with analysing the territory, research on social significant phenomena, and socio-economic analysis again on request of a public or private body.

SERVICES TO ENTERPRISES

It deals with company checkups and management control.
