INMAD – INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR MANAGING DIVERSITY
is an institution which is specialized in all activities around „Valuing
and Managing Diversity“.
One of the core offers are intercultural tools like
intercultural trainings for all different types of
customers like :
- big companies with branches in other countries
- SME’s with branches in other countries or the intention to expand
- companies with cross-border- relations
- one person enterprises which either want to expand to other countries or do
work
with other countries or do cross-border networking. (The group of one-person
companies consists of 30 % women; entrepreneurs from underprivileged rural regions
are highly increasing within the group. )
Furthermore we train career counsellors and trainers in the field of gender
mainstreaming and give special support in gender and diversity issues to trainers
and counsellors working in a multicultural environment.
We also offer Train-the-Trainer courses for Trainers and coaches with an emphasis
on intercultural issues.
Scientific research and projects in various fields dealing with culture, intercultural
relations, corporate culture and cultural integration contribute to valuing and
managing diversity.
This national and international experiences we share in international projects
in related fields.
