The Czech partners didn’t come to the meeting.
The coordinator got in touch with CC Systems. Obviously, our partner
does have some financial difficulties and will give up with the project.
10.15 Status of the project – by coordinator
Considering the non attendance of the Czech partner, the number of
remaining mobilities for each of partner was discussed in order for
each country to be able to respect the conditions defined in the initial
project.
It has been decided that France will organize the last mobility in
Poitiers at the end of June 2011 and will welcome their partners again
for a closing meeting.
To allow the French teams to have their number of mobilities, Linkconsulting,
situated in Potenza (Italy), proposed to welcome France during the
springtime. The other organizations are very interested to attend this
meeting, because Linkconsulting developed many tools about “learning
to learn” in a former partnership.
Our website begins to be enough provided with information, so we plan
to communicate on its contents: the URL will be sent to the organizations
dealing with the questions of adult education and key competences learning
in each of the participating countries.
10.45 Results of the interim report (by partners)
None of the partners received news about the mid-report. France adds
that, because of the relocation of the regional office of education
in Poitiers, the website couldn’t be downloaded between the 20th
of July and the 20th of August 2010. At the beginning of September
everything went back to normal.
Austria received a complementary request of information from its national
agency.

A really good welcome of our Austrian partner : advices for the hotels,
the public transports, the restaurants. A nice mood during the seminar.

"Key Competence: Knowledge in mother-thongue"
Concerning the presentation of the key competence « communicate in the
mother tongue » it was interesting to discover an other/new possibility
of implementation of this skill: the mother tongue is not always the language
of the country. This approach developed in Austria with the Bulgarian learners
(for initial and continuous training) brings an interesting way of thinking:
this approach could be implemented in the other participating countries, where
the mother tongue is in practical terms translated with “language of the
welcoming country”. In this particular case, the communication in an other
language comes within the competence “communicate in a foreign language”.
