E.Ri.Fo. is a non profit institution offering training and consultancy services to organisations and systems, in the fields of research, vocational training, individual and organisational guidance.
E.Ri.Fo. owns a decennary experience in the planning and management of European, national and regional co-funded projects.
Promotion of equal opportunities, territorial negotiation, key competencies, active aging management and informal learning valorisation are the main activity domains.
It is accredited to Lazio Region for management of research and guidance activities, and it is inscribed to the Researches registry office of the Education and Training Ministry.
E.Ri.Fo. owns a quality management system certified by the BVQI for research, guidance and training activities.
E.RI.FO. is a member of the CENASCA, an association promoted by CISL trade unions representing social companies.

IN ROOM AND DISTANCE TRAINING

E.RI.FO manages training and development interventions calibrated to the specific exigencies of each client. Such interventions, addressed to both individuals and companies, are implemented in room or online through the E.Ri.Fo. Distance Learning platform www.erifoelearning.org.
The effort for the establishment of the continuous local and world-wide peace is an obligation for whole Europe and the experience of Italian society is crucial for the meaning of peace to reach its momentum.

MONITORING OF NON FORMAL AND INFORMAL COMPETENCIES

E.RI.FO. developed a model and a software for recognising knowledge and skills acquired via non formal and informal learning, contributing to the identification of the so called “shadow competencies” and fostering individual employment opportunities.
