CC Systems a.s. is a private organization focused on adult education, provides development and realization of the educational activities in the field of lifelong learning and further education.
Company has 18 Educational Institutes where provides retraining courses for unemployed people or courses for managers and lectures. CC Systems has more than 200 internal lectures and more than 200 external lectures and they are participated in development of these training or retraining programmes in cooperation with professionals in psychology and sociology. These people are associated in various CC Systems´s divisions divided into their specialization. CC Systems cooperate also with University of Olomouc and company is a member of AIVD CZ (Association for Adult Education Institution in Czech republic). Company provides more than 280 training programmes. CC Systems is especially focused on unemployed people and their integration into the labour market and help by this way to solve problems and demands of regional labour markets.


Training programmes for unemployed are especially focused in this fields:
- IT knowledge
- psychology, sociology ( provide course of psychological diagnosis and course “Increase of Personal effectiveness” )
- language education


CC Systems is interested in start an European partnership to acquire knowledge about key competencies to share, compare and possible transfer the educational tools and methodologies developed in different countries to increase quality of education for all targets. Staff of lectures, psychologists and sociologist would have a possibility to educate themselves and expand their knowledge. Staff participating in the project react to needed the strategies and methods fostering adults persons to attend lifelong learning pathways. Increases in workers' skills and competences improve productivity. A skilled workforce is better able to respond to the changes of a dynamic knowledge economy, while people with higher levels of skills and competences are more likely to be socially integrated, fulfilled and active citizens.
